At The Fur Spa, the answer is yes.

We’re a calm, detail-driven studio in Nerang, built from a ten-year dream to do grooming thoughtfully, not fast and not formulaic. We work with one dog at a time, at their pace, with time for the little details and advanced scissor work so the finish looks beautiful and lasts.

We specialise in breed-specific styling (with tasteful modern tweaks when you want them) and custom looks for oodles/doodles, finding the most flattering, practical shape for your dog’s coat, face and lifestyle. Beach days, busy homes, longer gaps between grooms; we consider how you actually live, then tailor the plan.

Behind the scenes, we use professional ranges like Melanie Newman and Hydra, thorough bathing and blow-dry routines, and low-stress handling to keep skin, coat and confidence in great condition. Most importantly, we listen first. We don’t dictate a look; we collaborate, explain options, and map maintenance that feels realistic for you.

What to expect

- Little details done right: 100% dried (no damp undercoats), nails clipped/filed every visit, ear checks and tidy hygiene areas never missed, comb-through to the skin, smooth clipper lines and polished scissor finishes.

- Precision finishing: breed-correct, tasteful “modded” versions, or bespoke oodle/doodle styles.

- Knowledge you can use: simple home-care tips and realistic upkeep plans.

To provide a calm, premium one-on-one experience, Chelle is supported by her assistant, Sherry, who assists with bathing, drying and preparation. If you would prefer your dog to be groomed exclusively by Chelle from start to finish, please mention this during your consultation.
